This short women’s cape is handmade in London from authentic pure wool Harris Tweed® in a black watch tartan. It features five tweed covered buttons, tweed tie waist belt and two side pockets. This woollen cape, also known as a poncho is fully lined with a viscose satin. It can be layered over both casual and formal skirts or trousers.
